Harps of Grace began as a harp ensemble in 2003 under the direction of Leslie Stratton that includes experts and beginners - we pride ourselves that we include everyone! We have professional harpists in the group, and we have harpists who have played just a short time. Former professors, music directors, students, business owners, teachers, nurses, child care workers, and office professionals have all participated in Harps of Grace. Each person brings their unique abilities to enhance the group.
We offer programs that have a wide variety of music: Classical, Popular, Celtic, Ethnic, Hymns, Folk, and Holiday are all included in the repertoire that we present for concerts. Our hope is that each person that attends our programs will experience the many different styles of music the harp can play! Our mission has always been pretty simple: to share our love of harp music with our community and to have a good time while we do it. We appreciate your support and welcome you to our concerts.
