Buildings & Grounds is an advisory body / subcommittee for our vestry (the elected leadership board of our parish). The "B&G" meets monthly and they do a lot of the legwork to maintain our physical properties. This includes preparing proposals, getting cost estimates, making recommendations to the vestry, and sometimes doing some of the actual labor when feasible.
